Height controller
Starting positioning function: After the cutting nozzle at the end of the cutting torch contacts with the workpiece, precise elevation of the arc height and the height of the cutting torch of the CNC plasma cutting machine within the range of millimeters.
Automatic arc pressure function: Through the arc pressure sensor, in the whole process of cutting. The height of the torch is kept constant, even if the workpiece is not at normal height. It can still be cut, and the constant height of the cutting torch ensures a high level of cutting quality.
Flame height controller
The capacitor can automatically adjust the height of the cutting torch, maintain the cutting distance, reduce the loss of the cutting nozzle and ensure the continuity of the cutting. At the same time, before opening the cutting oxygen at the end of preheating, first lift the cutting torch to a certain height, so as to avoid the slag back blocking the cutting nozzle when starting to open the cutting oxygen. This system is used to automatically keep the distance between the cutting nozzle and the steel plate to a certain height during flame cutting, so as to improve the cutting quality.
